SUMMARY:

The Syndication Specialist acts as the key liaison between the Company Direct Sales Team and Company funding partners. Responsible for supporting the sales and operations team by managing files with external funding sources from application submission through to final funding. This includes reviewing application packages for completeness and accuracy.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish effective and efficient work process to ensure flow of information is quick and accurate.
• Review application packages for completeness - collect, analyze, and compile all credit applications, decisions, and funding conditions with funding partners.
• Collaborate with appropriate partners to satisfy approval conditions.
• Act as liaison between Sales, Operations, and Funding partners on assigned application packages.
• Strategize with sales team to secure best funding options for potential clients

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Financial services experience preferred

· Strong organizational/prioritization skills; detail-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask

· Professional demeanor and the ability to thrive efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Strong and effective oral/written communications skills

· Must be comfortable on the phone; customer service experience is preferred

· Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
