Synthesis, Validation, and Testing Engineer

Experience in developing and updating test programs (PEs) using SAP. Monitoring project progress and defining corrective and preventive action plans. Supervising mileage and performance of road tests. Collecting, managing, and analyzing technical data using the SPARTE tool. Road Validation Synthesis Engineer. SPARTE Audit. Technical Skills: Mastery of automotive technical fundamentals, vehicle architecture, and road test processes. Management and updating of technical, customer, and documentation data. Proficiency in SAP, PLM, and associated information systems. Analysis, validation, and monitoring of test programs to ensure their compliance. Drafting of technical reports, test summaries, and follow-up documents. Autonomy, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the various project stakeholders.

Main responsibilities: Receive and structure input data transmitted by the client (Excel, email, or Doc Info). Enter test parameters (platform, status, location). Create test programs in the dedicated tools. Update the Excel report following creations and modifications. Modify, adjust, or cancel test programs in Sparte (SAP) according to project progress. Verify the consistency and conformity of test program data. Update summary documents and monitoring indicators. Archive and distribute technical documentation associated with the tests. Prepare summaries and reports necessary for monitoring taxiing activity. Lead sharing meetings with the client.

holder of a Bac+3 in automotive or equivalent with 0-3 years of experience to join our Casablanca team to ensure the management, monitoring and synthesis of road validation activities.
