What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate our team of Syrup Makers to supply product to packaging lines 24/6.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices in the Syrup Room and surrounding areas.
• Partner with our Quality and Technical teams to ensure every batch is on spec.
• Manage staffing, performance, and training to build a flexible, high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, customer, and legislative requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through problem-solving and innovation.
• Plan and prioritise batches to meet production schedules.

About You:

• Proven leadership skills with the ambition to progress in a growing business.
• Thrive in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Relevant qualification (Engineering, Food Technology, Supply Chain) or equivalent FMCG experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for developing people and processes for long-term success.
