Sys Director People Connections Operations Excellence

For our client, we are seeking a Sys Director People Connections Operations Excellence to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will lead enterprise-level people operations, learning, and operational excellence efforts that support organizational readiness and continuous improvement.

The position will partner across functions to strengthen quality management, governance, and the employee experience during ongoing digital transformation.

It will also help translate data, feedback, and compliance requirements into practical programs that improve scalability and operational performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and implement quality management frameworks, including coaching and root-cause analysis
• Establish enterprise-wide governance for knowledge management
• Lead learning and development initiatives across all organizational levels
• Drive readiness for large-scale organizational change and digital transformation
• Ensure financial and operational compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards
• Integrate customer feedback into training and operational processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams with a focus on scalability
• Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills
• Expertise in quality management and operational governance
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights through continuous improvement
