Position: Windows System Administrator / Cloud L2 Engineer

Location: Latin America (LATAM)

Experience: 5+ Years MSP Experience: Mandatory Language: English Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Windows System Administrator / Cloud L2 Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Windows infrastructure and cloud technologies. The candidate must have strong MSP experience and be capable of providing L2 technical support across multiple customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Windows servers, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Manage and support Microsoft Azure, including Azure VMs, Entra ID, storage, and networking.
• Troubleshoot server, system, application, and connectivity issues.
• Perform server patching, upgrades, configuration, and security hardening.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID environments.
• Monitor infrastructure and proactively identify potential issues.
• Manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities.
• Perform RCA and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
• Handle incidents, service requests, problems, and changes within defined SLAs.
• Work with L3 teams and vendors on complex escalations.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
• Support multiple customers in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Windows System Administration / Infrastructure Support.
• Mandatory MSP experience supporting multiple customers/environments.
• Strong experience with Windows Server Administration.
• Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure Virtual Machines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Good understanding of networking, VPN, firewalls, TCP/IP, and routing.
• Experience with monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with MSP/ITSM tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, Kaseya, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Good understanding of SLA and ITIL processes.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work in US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure certification such as AZ-104.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience supporting 24 7 MSP environments.
• Experience working with international customers.
