System Administration Maintenance Engineer

Job Specification

Required : Bachelor's degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field

Required Experience : Minimum 0 - 1 year of work experience in Engineering and Maintenance

Required Technical/Functional Knowledge & Skills : Software Development, LAN architecture, Network System Interface technologies and Operating System (UNIX) Solaris and Linux and Windows Server 2003/2012 R2 Administration,DELL/HP SERVER Administration, CTC/SCADA System, Micro SCADA ProSys 600. EBI Screen 2000, RTU 560. Operation procedures. Maintenance system. All Safety Knowledge related to working areas. Supervisory skills, Human skill, Conceptual skill. Language skill – Good command of both spoken and written English. Good command of computer skills, including MS Office Applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership by overseeing the day-to day operations.
• Plan, monitor, and control daily maintenance performance of the relevant work.
• Supervise subordinates’ performance to insure the efficiency and competitiveness.
• Monitor and control maintenance subcontractors’ performance relating to the relevant work to achieve the expected result and satisfaction.
• Monitor and control maintenance subcontractors’ contracts to insure the validity.
• Enforce maintenance procedures, safety procedures, and quality issues relating to the relevant work.
• Ensure all subordinates follow all required procedures, rules, and regulations strictly.
• Assist in providing subordinates ongoing training and technical knowledge e.g. engineering, maintenance, and safety and quality issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
