System Administrator

The high-quality insurance services provider "EFES" Insurance Company is seeking a skilled and highly motivated System Administrator to join our expanding IT team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and ensure the reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization environments
• Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
• Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
• Perform regular system backup and recovery operations
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues with minimal disruption to business operations․

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of experience in system, network, or database administration
• Strong knowledge of MS Azure AD
• Experience with Veeam Backup solutions
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers
• Working knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or equivalent platforms
• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues
• Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, Linux, networking, etc.) are considered an advantage
