Descrição do emprego Mission The Senior Workplace Engineering Service will interface with the Windows Edition Product team, supporting to integrate & deploy the Intune managed device, supporting AXA entities’ onboarding through profile setup & apps integration activities.

Service Description

• Service with End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune
• Service with L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)
• Service with Bug analysis/fixes
• Service with Feature development when necessary
• Service to contribute to product lifecycle management on local entity

Service Deliverables

• Service to deliver App packages/ configured through Intune/WIP/VPN setup
• Service for Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets
• Service with Reporting (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics
• Service to deliver Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured.
