System Administrator

About the role

Responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and network to ensure stable, secure, and continuous IT operations supporting manufacturing and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and other IT infrastructure
• Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and ensure timely troubleshooting
• Perform system backup, recovery, patching, and preventive maintenance
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, and related network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and system issues across office and production areas
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for infrastructure-related issues
• Provide IT infrastructure and system support for production, engineering, warehouse, quality, and other manufacturing-related functions
• Ensure IT systems supporting production operations are available and reliable to minimize production downtime
• Manage user accounts, access rights, permissions, and security policies
• Monitor system security and implement appropriate controls to protect company data and IT infrastructure

About you

• Support antivirus/endpoint security, vulnerability management, and security incident investigation
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and IT procedures
• Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades, system implementation, migration, and improvement projects
• Evaluate new technologies and propose solutions to improve system reliability, security, and operational efficiency
