**Job Title-**System Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the organizations IT infrastructure, servers, networks, systems, and end-user devices. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, performance, and reliability of IT systems while providing technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers and operating systems.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, groups, permissions, and access policies.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Manage desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain network services such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP.
• Perform regular system updates, patching, upgrades, and security hardening.
• Implement and monitor backup and disaster-recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Manage antivirus/endpoint security and respond to security incidents.
• Maintain system documentation, configurations, and IT asset records.
• Work with vendors and service providers for technical issues and maintenance.
• Follow IT security policies, change-management procedures, and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• 2to 5 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, VPN, and firewalls.
• Experience with backup, monitoring, and disaster-recovery solutions.
• Knowledge of Cyber security added advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
