System Administrator

We are a leading Building Services Contractor.  To cope with our rapid business development, we are now looking for talent to join our company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to internal users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Administer and support enterprise systems, including Microsoft 365, ERP applications, and office productivity platforms.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure such as servers, networks, and endpoint security solutions to ensure system availability and security.
• Manager user accounts, access rights, and permissions in accordance with IT security policies.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, documentation, and records to support audit and compliance requirements.
• Assist in system upgrades, deployments, patch management, and IT improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Practical experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and ERP systems.
• Understanding of cybersecurity practices, including MFA, endpoint protection, and security awareness.
• Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems, IT asset management, and technical documentation.
