System Administrator

IDE Technologies is looking for a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator with a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies and a passion for maintaining and optimizing IT systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with teams across the organization, globally.

What You Will Do:

• Manage, maintain, and administer servers and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to end-users across various systems and environments, including technical support for overseas sites.
• Manage and configure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure AD, and Microsoft OS-based systems.
• Operate, manage, and maintain backup systems.
• Administer and support NetApp storage infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Reports to: System Team Leader, IT Department.

Location: Kadima (on-site)

What You Should Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator in a Microsoft OS environment.

• MCSE / MCITP / equivalent certifications relevant to system administration.

• Deep understanding of communications protocols and networking technologies.

• Proficiency in virtualization technologies, with a preference for VMware.

• Expertise in information security, including EDR and proxy solutions.

• Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, GPO, and DHCP.

• Experience with Azure AD and Office 365.

• Experience with backup systems – Advantage
