Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, Laptops, servers, network & surveillance.
• Install and upgrade computer components to latest, software, windows & Linux operating systems, servers & network equipment s.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
• Configuring and maintaining Manage Engine, Sophos firewall, ADS control, AWS & Azure administration
• Local & Network Printer configurations
• Configuring and maintaining IP Cameras
• Cloud Management, MS azure & Integration
• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
• Maintaining and administering computer networks
• New technology exploration

Eligibility

• Male candidates with B.Tech(CSE/ECE) / BSC Computers/ Networking Course
• Ready to sign 2.5 years service agreement with the company
• Experience preferred
