Are you an experienced System Administrator fluent in German (C2) with strong expertise in Linux, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure security? Join an enterprise IT project focused on system reliability, security, and performance.

📍 Location: Bonn, Germany

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – approximately 5% onsite

💼 Engagement: B2B Contract

⏳ Experience: Minimum 3 years

🗣️ Languages: German C2 (mandatory) and English (working proficiency)

🇩🇪 Eligibility: Candidates must be based in Germany.

🔍 Key Skills Required

• Linux server administration and operating systems
• Cloud technologies and cloud-based infrastructure
• Network protocols and services: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Network security, encryption, access controls, and data protection
• Cryptographic methods, digital signatures, and certificates
• Virtualisation and distributed systems
• Geo-redundancy and high-availability environments
• System monitoring, backup, and recovery tools
• Configuration and monitoring of application servers and cloud-based systems

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and network components.
• Ensure infrastructure availability, performance, and security.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor systems, perform backups, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Identify security risks and proactively prevent potential problems.
• Configure and maintain distributed systems, including geo-redundant environments.
• Support hardware and software implementations.
• Document system configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
• Implement solutions that meet functional, non-functional, and high-availability requirements.
• Communicate technical issues and resolutions effectively to clients and stakeholders.

🎯 Ideal Candidate: A technically strong professional with hands-on Linux and cloud administration experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and fluent German communication at C2 level.
