System Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic System Administrator who takes ownership, enjoys solving technical challenges, and ensures the smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on problem solver with experience in system administration, networking, CCTV management, and end-user IT support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Configure and support routers, switches, Wi-Fi devices, and network connectivity.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and recording devices.
• Manage Google Workspace, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues efficiently.
• Upgrade and maintain laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs and procurement.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues while minimizing system downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in System Administration or IT Support.
• Good knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), routers, and switches.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV systems and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Google Workspace, and IT asset management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
