Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in system administration, focusing on Windows environments. You will be responsible for resolving laptop issues, managing internal servers, and maintaining network infrastructure.

• Provide technical support to end-users for laptop-related issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and performing repairs or replacements as necessary.
• Administer and maintain internal servers to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect company data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
