System Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our team for a 12-month contract with potential for extension.

📍 Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite, 5 days a week)

📅 Duration: 12 months, with potential extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers, storage systems, network devices, and virtualization platforms.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
• Perform server hardware troubleshooting and remote management using IPMI, iLO, iDRAC, or similar tools.
• Monitor system performance, apply security patches, and support system upgrades and migrations.
• Use scripting tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate administrative tasks.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure issues.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in System Administration within a high-tech environment.
• Strong Linux and/or Windows administration skills.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of server hardware and remote management tools (IPMI, iLO, iDRAC).
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with ITIL, security best practices, and relevant certifications is a plus.
