Role Purpose

To ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and digital assets across the organization. The System Administrator manages IT hardware/software assets, oversees ERP operations, ensures cybersecurity compliance, and provides technical support to all departments. The role guarantees system uptime, data integrity, and secure access to business applications, enabling operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1) IT Asset Management

• Maintain inventory of IT hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, printers, networking devices).
• Oversee procurement, installation, and lifecycle management of IT assets.
• Ensure timely AMC renewals, warranty tracking, and vendor coordination.

2) ERP Administration

• Manage ERP user accounts, roles, and access rights.
• Monitor ERP transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for ERP-related AP/AR entries and reconciliations.
• Liaise with ERP vendors for upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.

3) Network & Security

• Monitor LAN/WAN connectivity and resolve network issues.
• Implement firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint security protocols.
• Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place.
• Conduct periodic IT security audits and compliance checks.

4) System Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware/software issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of ERP, email, and application-related problems.
• Maintain IT helpdesk ticketing system and track SLA compliance.

5) Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure audit readiness for IT systems and ERP processes.
• Document system configurations, licenses, and user manuals.

6) Reporting & MIS

• Generate IT asset utilization reports.
• Provide ERP performance dashboards to management.
• Report system downtime, incidents, and resolutions to IT Head.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc./BCA/MCA/BE in Computer Science/IT; Certifications (CCNA, MCSE, SAP/Oracle ERP) preferred.
• Experience: 3–8 years in IT administration, ERP support, and asset management.
• Technical Knowledge:
• ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally/MS Dynamics)
• Networking & server administration
• Cybersecurity protocols & compliance
• Advanced Excel & reporting tools

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
