System Administrator / IT Support Engineer

RV PU College is looking for a proactive and experienced System Administrator / IT Support Engineer to manage and support the institution's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of servers, networks, systems, and end-user devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server and Windows 10/11 environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Provide administration and end-user support for Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Perform basic firewall configuration and network security monitoring.
• Manage system backup and restore processes to ensure data availability.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Provide technical support for CCTV, NVR, and IP PBX systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty support, and procurement.
• Ensure timely resolution of user support tickets and maintain high service standards.
• Follow IT security policies and implement best practices to safeguard institutional IT resources.

Preferred Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in System Administration or IT Infrastructure Support.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
