System Administrator (Jamf)

Robert Half is partnering with a well know brand seeking hands-on Systems Administrator with JAMF and Mac skills to support and enhance a growing Apple/ Google centric environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong end-user support skills with deep expertise in macOS administration, JAMF management, systems engineering, endpoint security, and modern device management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting executives and end users while also owning Mac infrastructure, automation, endpoint management, identity integrations, and security initiatives. This position is full time, with full benefits and 100% onsite on the Westside.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the organization's JAMF Pro environment.
• Manage macOS endpoints throughout the device lifecycle, including provisioning, deployment, configuration, patching, and retirement.
• Design and deploy macOS policies, configuration profiles, security controls, and software packages.
• Develop and maintain endpoint management standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot advanced macOS hardware, software, networking, and performance issues.
• Integrate JAMF with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Google Workspace, or other identity platforms.
• Administer collaboration and productivity tools including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of macOS administration experience within an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on JAMF Pro administration experience.
• Strong experience supporting Apple hardware and macOS operating systems.

• Entra ID (Azure AD)

Preferred Qualifications

• JAMF 200, 300, or 400 Certification
• Google certifications
