• A willingness to participate in a 24/7 shift roster to support the operations of our valued clients.

As a System Administrator, you will be involved in:

• Providing end-user support
• MS Windows troubleshooting
• Basic administration and management of AD, O365 & Teams
• Office 365 license management
• Imaging laptops & printer management
• Managing anti-virus and security updates
• Basic LAN and WAN support of networking software/hardware
• Basic VOIP & Telephony administration
