System Administrator (Russian Speaking) IT

Job Title: System Administrator

Synergy University Dubai is an international university in Dubai, part of the global Synergy education network. We are looking for an office-based System Administrator to take ownership of our IT infrastructure and support our staff.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of computers, laptops, and office equipment
• Set up, maintain, and repair printers, MFPs, and peripheral devices
• Create and manage employee user accounts (email, corporate services, access rights)
• Install and configure software
• Maintain the local network, Wi-Fi, and internet connection
• Promptly resolve employee IT requests and issues
• Keep records of equipment and licenses

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator
• Fluent Russian and English
• Skills in diagnosing and repairing PCs, printers, and network equipment
• Understanding of local network principles (LAN/Wi-Fi)
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded
• Nice to have: basic programming or scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
