System Administrator Team Lead

The IT Department at Ozone.bg is continuing its expansion to accommodate the management of all our current brands and enable further growth. We are currently looking for a IT Administration & Security Team Lead to join our team.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on team lead to manage our IT Administration team — the people responsible for keeping our infrastructure secure, our employees equipped, and our access controls tight. You'll lead a small, experienced team while staying close to the work yourself.

What You'll Own:

• Access & Identity Management — user provisioning, permissions, role-based access controls, onboarding/offboarding workflows;
• Security Operations — endpoint protection, vulnerability management, incident response coordination, security policy enforcement;
• Infrastructure Administration — servers, networking, cloud environments, monitoring and uptime;
• Employee Hardware & Equipment — procurement, lifecycle management, and support for laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices;
• Team Leadership — day-to-day coordination of a two-person team, workload prioritization, mentoring, and process improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years managing or leading an IT administration or infrastructure team;
• Strong practical knowledge of access management, identity systems, and security best practices;
• Experience with endpoint security tools, patch management, and security auditing
• Comfortable managing hardware procurement and asset lifecycle;
• Ability to balance security rigor with operational pragmatism — you understand that the goal is enabling the business, not blocking it;
• Clear communicator who can translate security requirements into actionable policies for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in ecommerce or high-availability environments;
• Experience with Azure;
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar);
• Security certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent);
