Technical Support System Admin
- With at least 3 years and up working experiences as System Admin with extensive experiences in Hardware and Software troubleshooting (Technical Support, Service desk and IT Support)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure Support
- Supporting Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues
- Server Management/Configuration
- Patching and Deployment
- Storage, Backup and Recovery
- System Health Check and Performance Tuning
- Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Plus Factor if Azure AD / AVD / Entra ID
