What will you do?

• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of production systems.
• Monitor systems proactively, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis for permanent fixes.
• Automate operational workflows, deployments, and system tasks to enhance efficiency.
• Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release processes for continuous delivery.
• Maintain clear runbooks, documentation, and incident reports.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 service reliability.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, SRE, DevOps, or System Engineering, preferably in large-scale production environments;
• Strong Windows Server administration skills, with exposure to AWS or Azure;
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell, plus familiarity with CI/CD and automation tools such as GitLab or Ansible;
• Experience with databases (MS SQL/PostgreSQL), Docker/Kubernetes, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus/Grafana;
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills in distributed environments.
• Fluent English is mandatory;

• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
