System Analyst (AI & Video Analytics)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of IT solutions by conducting user requirement analysis, system analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, and post-deployment support.
• Manage vendors, business partners, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives through technologies such as Video Analytics, Data Analytics, and customer engagement platforms.
• Ensure adherence to application architecture standards, development best practices, and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Oversee system documentation, design reviews, testing, deployment, and implementation activities.
• Lead support and maintenance activities for business-critical applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, propose technology solutions, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, and production changes, including occasional support outside normal business hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT application development, system implementation, or application support.

• Proven experience in requirement gathering, system analysis and design, solution delivery, and production support.

• Experience managing vendors and coordinating project delivery across multiple stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience in data analytics platforms, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects.

• Exposure to Video Analytics, Data Analytics, Web Applications, JavaScript, or Elasticsearch is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software delivery best practices.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments is an advantage.
