System Analyst

Main duties:

• Analyze user requirements and propose appropriate system solutions
• Design, develop, test, implement and support business application systems
• Maintain and enhance existing business application systems, including ASP.NET, SQL Server and SAP-related application
• Provide application support and troubleshooting assistance to users
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, technical specifications and user manuals
• Coordinate with users, vendors and other departments on system enhancement and implementation project
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years experience in system analysis, design, development, implementation and support of business application system

• Hands-on experience in the following areas: business application analysis, design, development and support; ASP.NET (VB. NET or C#) development and SQL database programming; preparing system documentation and technical specifications; SAP-related applications or enterprise systems is an advantage; SAP R/3 application support, configuration, programming or system integration is preferred

• Familiar with Microsoft 365 and Office applications is an advantage

• Self-motivated, responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
