Our client is an IT consulting company specializing in providing technology solutions and services to financial services companies. They are looking for a System Analyst to support their technical team in delivering scalable and effective software solutions for their customers.

About the Role

As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective technical solutions while supporting and guiding the technical team throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to design, develop, and deliver systems that meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technology and engineering activities to support the technical team in achieving business objectives.
• Lead, manage, and mentor technical team members in system development.
• Design system architecture to improve product efficiency, availability, scalability, flexibility, functionality, and usability.
• Collaborate with technical teams to establish technical standards, benchmarks, and mechanisms for non-functional requirements.
• Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop tools, resources, and processes to improve the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in a highly adaptive environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• 1–2 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related role, with at least 2 years of prior experience as a Software Developer / Engineer / Programmer.
• Mandatory: Previous experience as a System Analyst within a multifinance company.
• Strong capabilities in planning, architecting, designing, estimating, and executing software development projects.
• Proven ability to lead, guide, and mentor technical team members and ensure timely delivery according to business requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of IT, software development, distributed systems/frameworks, and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, virtualization, containerization, and issue-tracking tools.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
