System Analyst

About the role

You will design and develop technical requirement documents that align with business requirements and maintain the documentation in a consistent and up-to-date manner.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop technical requirements documents such as API Contracts, Sequence Diagram, ERD, and FSM Diagram.
• Ensure developed solutions are aligned with technical requirements by collaborating with Product Owners, Product Managers, Technical Product Owners, Developers, Solution Architects and QA Engineers.
• Align business requirements with technical requirements.
• Establish efficient and reliable IT Operational Management in the process of establishing Local App alternate Database and On-cloud database.
• Manage robust IT InfoSec and GRC Management.

About you

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.

• Proven 2+ years' experience leading and overseeing application development team, preferably with background or experience as a software engineer or developer.

• Experience working in financial service industry such as investment, remittance, lending (preferred).

• Technical experience with System Design and Documentation, proficient in developing and interpreting Sequence Diagram, C4 Diagrams and UML/BPMN diagrams, solid understanding of Microservices Architecture, experience in designing scalable and distributed systems, experience with API and Integration, Messaging Systems, and Data Management (SQL skills and data modelling concepts).

• Good communication skills, collaboration and teamwork.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
