System Analyst

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Exceed WMS or similar WMS solutions.
• Experience with PowerBuilder application support and small-scale development/customization.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and Oracle SQL for data retrieval, analysis and reporting.
• Experience developing operational and management reports using Oracle Excel, Power Query or Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide application support, maintenance and troubleshooting for the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Analyze business processes, operational challenges, and user requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement.
• Work closely with business users, operations teams, and stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for system enhancements and new solutions.
• Evaluate existing workflows and recommend practical technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform small-scale system enhancements, customizations and bug fixes using PowerBuilder.
• Support the migration from old version of WMS to Microsoft Dynamics through requirement gathering, testing, data validation and user support.
• Develop and maintain Oracle SQL queries, stored procedures and reports.
• Retrieve, analyze and validate operational data for warehouse occupancy, inbound/outbound volume, inventory, productivity/incentive and other management reports.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues promptly.
• Prepare technical and user documentation, conduct user training and support UAT.
• Work closely with warehouse operations and business users to ensure system stability.

• Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
