System Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze business and user requirements and translate them into functional and technical system specifications.
• Design, enhance and maintain the company’s mobile applications and online platforms.
• Lead system enhancement initiatives including website revamp and implementation of new digital services.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system stability and performance.
• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders, team leaders, and business users to ensure project requirements are properly defined and delivered.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal technical teams to implement system development and enhancements.
• Participate in the full system development life cycle, including requirement analysis, system design, testing, and implementation.
• Support the Project Manager in project planning, progress monitoring, and delivery of system projects.
• Prepare system documentation, technical specifications, and user guidelines.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in system development, programming, or system analysis.
• Solid experience in system analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Hands-on experience in building websites or applications using technologies such as Node.js, Flutter, AngularJS, ReactJS, C#, or similar frameworks.
• Experience in coordinating with vendors, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Independent, fast learner, and able to manage multiple tasks with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Eager to learn new technologies and review technical documentation.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
