System Analyst

Responsibilities :

-Gather and analyze business requirements from users and stakeholders.

-Translate requirements into Functional Requirements, User Stories, Process Flows, and System Specifications.

-Analyze As-Is / To-Be processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

-Work with Business Users, Developers, QA, Infrastructure teams, and Vendors to design appropriate solutions.

-Analyze system impacts related to application, database, data flow, and integrations.

-Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Production Verification.

-Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with related teams for resolution.

-Identify project issues, risks, dependencies, and recommend appropriate solutions.

-Maintain system documentation such as BRD, Functional Specification, Data Mapping, and User Manual.

-Support project planning, progress tracking, and system implementation activities.

Qualifications :

-Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related fields.

-3–5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business System Analyst, or related role.

-Good understanding of SDLC, requirement analysis, and system implementation.

-Knowledge of SQL, Database, API, System Integration, and Web Applications.

-Experience in SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Production Support.

-Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

-Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

-Experience with JIRA, ClickUp, Confluence, Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools is an advantage.

-Experience in Leasing, Fleet Management, Automotive, ERP/SAP, or Power BI is an advantage.
