System Analyst

工作职责:

Role Purpose

The TPM System Owner is responsible for the daily operation, support, and continuous improvement of General Mills China’s Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system.

This role ensures the TPM platform effectively supports business processes across Retail, Distribution, Key Account (KA), E-commerce, and Food Service channels, including trade budget and allocation management, promotion planning, execution, settlement, payment, accrual, and reporting. Manage TPM eco system integrations and end-to- end support until close.

The role acts as the key connection point between Sales, Finance, Commercial Excellence, Digital & Technology teams, and external partners, ensuring system stability, data accuracy, user adoption, and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• TPM System Operation & Support
• Own daily TPM system operation and provide first-level business support.
• Work closely with IT application support teams and vendors to resolve system issues.
• Ensure smooth operation of TPM processes
• Business Process Support

Support business users from Sales, Finance, and Customer Development teams on TPM processes

Ensure business processes are correctly executed according to defined SOPs.

• System Enhancement & Continuous Improvement

Support TPM System Improvement Initiatives

• Coordinate with IT/development teams for enhancements.
• Participate in Functional testing/ Regression testing/User Acceptance Testing (UAT)/Release validation

Support continuous improvement of TPM usability and efficiency.

• Data Quality & Reporting

Ensure Accuracy And Reliability Of TPM Data

• Monitor key data elements:
• Perform data reconciliation between TPM and connected systems
• Support creation and maintenance of operational reports and dashboards.
• User Training & Adoption

Support TPM User Adoption Across China Business Teams

• Provide system training and user guidance.
• Collect user feedback and propose improvement opportunities.
• Support new user onboarding.
• Testing & Deployment Support

Support Major Milestones Support TPM system releases and deployment activities:

• SAP integration testing
• Go-live preparation
• Hypercare support
• Post-go-live stabilization
• Compliance & Controls Support

Support TM Governance And Compliance Requirements

• Ensure system processes follow:
• Internal / External controls
• SOX requirements
• Approval workflow rules
• Support audit requests related to:
• Trade promotion records
• Settlement transactions
• System access

Experience 3–5 years experience in one or more areas:

• FMCG commercial systems
• Sales operations
• Trade promotion management
• SAP business applications
• Business analyst roles
• Digital transformation projects

Functional Knowledge
