System Analyst

We are looking for a System Analyst to analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into clear system requirements and technical specifications for internal application development.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and clarify requirements from Network, NOC, Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Analyzing and clarifying requirements into Functional Requirements, System Requirements and Technical Specifications for the development team
• Design system flow, API integration, database flow, and application workflow.
• Prepare system documents, UAT scenarios, and test cases.
• Define acceptance criteria and prepare UAT Test Scenarios and Test Cases.
• Analyzing and clarifying change requests, impact analysis for existing applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.

• 3–5 years of experience as System Analyst, Business System Analyst, Software Developer or related role.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.

• Experience in requirement gathering, requirement analysis and functional/system design.

• Good understanding of RESTful API and System Integration.

• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to understand application architecture including:

  • Frontend/Backend
  • API Integrations/API Gateway
  • Database as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle
  • Authentication / Authorization

• If have Experience in Telecom Operations Support Systems, Network Automation, Monitoring Systems, Microservices Architecture, CI/CD, Cloud Platforms, or DevOps practices will be considered a strong advantage.
