WE’RE HIRING: SYSTEM ANALYST

Nityo Infotech is looking for a System Analyst to join our team!

Position: System Analyst
Salary: Up to PHP 90,000
Employment: 6-month probationary period
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Headcount: 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to understand processes and identify improvements.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications.
• Support system design, development, testing, implementation, and enhancements.
• Analyze system issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Coordinate with QA teams to validate functionality and resolve defects.
• Prepare system documentation, technical specifications, user manuals, and reports.
• Provide system support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Assist with system upgrades and end-user training.
