Position: System Analyst

Work hours: Mon – Fri (On-site 100%) 08:00 - 17:00

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, with proven experience working in a hospital or healthcare organization. Candidates without hospital or healthcare system experience will not be considered.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), healthcare applications, or related hospital systems.
• Strong programming and coding skills with hands-on development experience. Ability to understand, modify, debug, and develop software as required.
• Proficient in software development concepts, database design, SQL, and system integration, with the ability to provide technical guidance to Developer teams.
• Strong ability to analyze, design, and develop information systems from both business and technical perspectives.
• Experience in IT project management and driving system implementation from requirements gathering through development, testing, and production deployment.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management, business users, and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned projects, and effectively coordinate with multiple departments.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess information system requirements within hospital and healthcare operations, including business processes and data flows, to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze, design, develop, and improve hospital information systems and related applications according to organizational requirements.
• Gather requirements from hospital departments and users, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Perform hands-on coding, system modification, troubleshooting, debugging, and software development when required.
• Collaborate with Developers and other technical teams to design system architecture, database structures, APIs, and system integrations.
• Oversee and manage IT system projects from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation through successful deployment.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and business continuity.
• Research and evaluate new technologies that can be applied to improve hospital information systems and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and training to Developers, IT staff, and system users.
