About the role

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst specialising in SAP Financial Services – Collections and Disbursements (FS-CD). You will analyse business requirements, design and configure SAP solutions, support system integrations and conduct testing across implementation and production releases. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure solutions meet agreed functional and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes and systems, identify gaps and document requirements for stakeholder review and approval.
• Participate in SAP FS-CD implementation projects across planning, design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Configure SAP FS-CD business processes, master data and interfaces to meet approved requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, enhancements and interfaces supporting SAP FS-CD.
• Design and support integrations between SAP FS-CD, other SAP modules and non-SAP applications.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, support system integration and user acceptance testing, and validate interfaces before and after production deployment.
• Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues, identifying root causes and opportunities to improve performance.
• Coordinate assigned activities, dependencies and deliverables to support project timelines.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions and knowledge transfer for users and stakeholders.

About you

• Minimum five years' experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or System Analyst, with strong SAP FS-CD expertise.
• Demonstrated experience configuring and implementing SAP FS-CD.
• Strong ABAP programming skills, including custom reports, enhancements and interfaces.
• Experience with SAP FI and CO modules and their integration with FS-CD.
• Sound understanding of financial processes within insurance or financial services.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Experience with interface implementation, testing, troubleshooting and production support.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across business and technical teams.
