About the job

About the Opportunity

Modern global supply chains run on seamless data movement. We are looking for a System Analyst who thrives at the intersection of enterprise technology, global logistics, and operational strategy.

In this pivotal expert role, you won't just write mappings or manage endpoints-you will act as the technical glue connecting our core ERP systems, commercial trading partners, and global supply networks across the globe. If you enjoy solving complex integration puzzles using cloud middleware (like Dell Boomi), optimizing end-to-end Order-to-Cash workflows, and seeing the direct impact of your solutions on global business operations, this is the role for you.

Why You'll Love Working Here

• Global Exposure, Regional Autonomy: Based out of our core Applications team (a tight-knit, collaborative group of 6-7 professionals), you'll drive technical decisions across APAC while partnering directly with tech leadership in the HQ and offshore engineering talent across the Philippines and India.
• Impact Without the Admin: As a technical owner, your focus remains 100% on high-value architecture, technical problem-solving, and continuous delivery.

What You Will Do

• Drive Middleware & API Strategy: Lead the architectural design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-grade integrations utilizing Dell Boomi as your primary toolset.
• Optimize Commercial Order Workflows: Partner closely with business stakeholders to audit, refine, and connect mission-critical Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes-from initial customer purchase orders and shipping notifications to invoicing and settlement.
• Streamline B2B Communications: Design, map, and maintain high-reliability EDI (X12) and RESTful/SOAP API pipelines with global trading partners, ensuring secure data exchange across AS2 and SFTP protocols.
• Collaborate Across Time Zones: Work closely with our HQ IT Manager, regional business analysts, and global vendor partners to translate business requirements into seamless, high-performance integration flows.
• Solve Complex Production Challenges: Serve as the final escalation point for production data discrepancies, root-cause investigations, and performance tuning across enterprise databases and cloud platforms.

• Vendor or Consulting Foundation: A background in technology consulting or vendor services is highly preferred-bringing a client-centric mindset and strong problem-solving agility.

Interpersonal & Cultural Fit:

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills to effectively articulate technical solutions to both technical offshore teams and business leadership. Cantonese speaker is a plus.
