System Analyst (Java, Public Sector)

Our client is a statutory body managing all the government hospitals and institutes in Hong Kong. They are looking for individual talents to join their innovative development team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed system analysis, design and problem diagnosis for Community Pharmacy Programme and other sub-modules in Pharmacy Management System (PMS).
• Examine and evaluate current systems; Identify system requirements; Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features.
• To lead and perform research for application; Testing, reviewing, and analyzing IT systems to identify areas of potential improvement or modification.
• Provide 24 x 7 support

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;

• At least 6 years or above experience in application development, support and documentation.

• Experience in the followings: Java Spring Framework/ ReactJS/AngularJS/ Sybase/PostgreSQL/ Oracle DB/Openshift/ CI/CD

• Good in problem solving, analytical, quality assurance, communication and leadership skills.

• Experience in vendor management.

• Proficient written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese
