System Analyst, Life Insurance (Ref: SALI/HL)

Our client is a well-established insurance company, and they are working on the IT projects. Hence, the team is looking for 2 System Analysts to participate end-to-end project lifecycle for their core system projects.

Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure that proposed technical solutions align with strategic business objectives.
• Possess technical know-how to be able to review deliverables from technical team and vendors.
• Lead technical discussions and help ensure that the business leverages system development initiatives in a meaningful and impactful way.
• Oversee and take part in the end-to-end IT project from collecting user requirements, liaising with developers and vendors to monitoring UAT results and project delivery.
• Heavily participate in project activities, workflow enhancement and deliver project outcomes on project deadlines.
• Maintain good relationship with both internal stakeholders and external parties.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with at least 5 years of experience in the Life insurance industry.

• Solid life insurance workflow knowledge and experience and sound knowledge in the software development life cycle that be able to communicate with the technical team.

• Excellent communication skills being able to deal with both internal and external parties.

• Proven experience in Java, .Net, C#, Shell script, Javascript, Struts, SOAP, Restful Web Services, Mulesoft, JSON, JQuery.

• Experience with PL/SQL, MS SQL, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Office.

• Good interpersonal skills, analytic skills and a team player.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
