System Analyst (.NET) - Insurance

Our client is a large arts development in Hong Kong

The Role

• Perform system design and prepare program specifications.
• Lead and perform program development, maintenance, and environment enhancements.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new requirements.
• Prepare documentation including requirements, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Perform system design, development, testing, implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancement activities.
• Prepare SIT/UAT test plans and manage test execution and documentation to ensure completeness and traceability.
• Lead and perform system implementation and enhancement initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT and user teams on system deployment arrangements.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Your Profile

• Hands-on coding experience in MS .NET application development and familiarity with MS SQL.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various user departments, technical teams, and vendors.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and business workflows is preferred.
• Familiarity with AML solution packages, regulatory requirements, and compliance practices is preferred.
