System Analyst (Product Quality & Solution)

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Analyze business and functional requirements to understand system behavior and define test approaches that cover user and business needs.
2. Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data covering functional testing, business rules, calculation logic, and edge cases.
3. Perform software testing on web applications and APIs, including validating data accuracy, UI display, and responsive design before system release.
4. Conduct regression testing after system changes or enhancements, verify hotfixes, and track defects to ensure the system functions correctly.
5. Identify and document defects, prepare test reports, coordinate with developers to resolve issues, and perform retesting after fixes are implemented.
6. Support requirements analysis and prepare functional requirements and system flows. Coordinate with Business, Product, and Development teams to ensure the system meets business needs.
7. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and investigate user-reported issues to continuously improve product quality.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. At least 3 year of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance (QA). Experience in System Analysis or Business Analysis is an advantage.
3. Understanding of test scenario and test case design, functional testing, regression testing, and defect management.
4. Basic knowledge of API testing and experience using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
5. Understanding of business requirements, business rules, and web application functionality.
6. Experience with automation testing tools.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and coordination skills.
