What they need
The System & Field Associate assists in the installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of residential and commercial solar power systems.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Vocational graduate or College level in Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Renewable Energy Technology
- At least 1 - 2 years on the related field
- TESDA Electrical Installation & Maintenance (EIM) NC II/III is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar installations
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Willing to work on rooftops, field installations and other electrical work
- Willing to travel for site work
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn and undergo technical training
