  • Administer office networks, Wi-Fi, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, switches, routers, DNS records, domains, and TLS certificates.
  • Monitor infrastructure and backup jobs, perform regular recovery tests, apply patches and updates, and troubleshoot incidents.

  • Provide infrastructure-level support for SWIFT, 1C-related systems, corporate websites, and internal web services.
  • Provide L2–L3 support for employee endpoints and workplace technology, including advanced troubleshooting, hardware replacement, OS and application issues, access-related problems, encryption, VPN connectivity, and escalated technical incidents.
  • Manage the lifecycle of laptops, peripherals, IT assets, software licences, subscriptions, repairs, and approved purchases.
  • Maintain technical documentation, asset and access records, recovery procedures, and operational runbooks; automate repetitive tasks where appropriate.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in system administration, infrastructure support, or corporate IT operations.

  • Strong practical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and access management.

  • Working knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.

  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, NAT, VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, NAS, and SMB.

  • Experience with virtualisation, Proxmox, ZFS, LVM, storage systems, backup systems, and recovery procedures.

  • Experience with Docker, GitLab CI, and container registries.

  • Understanding of RBAC, least privilege, MFA, SSO, privileged and service accounts, access reviews, patching, endpoint security, and incident escalation.

  • General knowledge of cloud providers and cloud concepts, including compute, storage, networking, IAM, monitoring, backups, shared responsibility, and basic cost awareness.

  • Experience supporting employee devices at L2–L3 level and working with an ITSM/helpdesk system.

  • Basic automation skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, or APIs.

  • Good written English and the ability to maintain clear technical documentation.

    Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with AWS, including IAM, EC2, VPC, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch, or AWS Backup.

  • Experience operating or troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters.

  • Experience with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, PKI, certificate automation, or secrets-management systems.
