Job Description

We are looking for an experienced System & IT Support Executive to manage daily IT operations, provide technical support to employees, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, computer systems, hardware, software, and network connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Install and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems, drivers, and business applications.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, and operating system issues.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, access permissions, and Active Directory.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, VPN, and other network connectivity issues.
• Maintain antivirus protection, system updates, security patches, and data backup.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, software licenses, warranties, and equipment allocation.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues.
• Maintain IT documentation, support tickets, and asset records.
• Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and timely resolution of employee IT issues.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and email configuration.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and user access management.
• Familiarity with antivirus, endpoint security, and data backup.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
