System and Network Administrator

1. Designs, implements, and maintains the company’s end-to-end IT infrastructure, including servers, storages and networks.

Server Management

· Administration of physical servers (Hyper-V hosts) and virtual machines, including creation and deployment of VMs, and allocation/reallocation of resources (CPU, RAM, storage) to ensure optimal performance and system stability

· Management and configuration of Microsoft Active Directory (GPOs, OUs, delegation of control and security groups)

· Management of file server permissions, including storage analysis to ensure proper utilization

· Configuration and management of RemoteApps and RDS servers

· Installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Business One server and Microsoft SQL databases, including creation of queries

· Implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery and data protection using Veeam Backup & Replication

· Implementation, configuration and management of Netwrix Auditor for auditing and monitoring server logs

· Configuration and management of BioTime 8.5 and its server

· Management of software licensing, CALs, and subscription services

Network Management

· Management of routers, managed/unmanaged switches, patch panels, cabling, WAPs (via TP-Link Omada Controller), and wireless bridges (point-to-point/multipoint)

· Configuration and management of Sophos XGS, including single sign-on (STAS), firewall rules, security policies, web and application filtering, load balancing, QoS, failover, SD-WAN, and traffic shaping (applied per user, group, or activity); Configuration of Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS)

· Setup and maintenance of VPNs (L2TP/IPSec)

· IP address management, including static assignments, host naming, DHCP, DNS, reservations, and IP-MAC binding

2. Installs, configures and manages ESET Protect anti-virus.

3. Deploys, maintains and troubleshoot workstations, printers and other IT-related devices.

4. Provides technical and limited functional support for SAP Business One

5. Creates Crystal Reports

6. Performs software installations, upgrades, and maintenance on workstations.

7. Installs firmware and security updates on servers, networking equipment, and printers.

8. Develops in-house applications using C# as necessary.

9. Creates Powershell and batch scripts, as well as scripts that utilize PsExec, to perform tasks manually, automatically or remotely.

10. Installs, configures and maintains printers and scanners.

11. Manages WordPress and Wix websites, including some Search Engine Optimizations.

12. Installs, configures, and monitors CCTV systems (Analog and IP cameras, DVRs, NVRs and VMS).

13. Provides technical support to employees.

14. Researches, evaluates, and recommends software systems, equipment, and providers based on business requirements; coordinates with the purchasing department for procurement.

15. Coordinates and/or meets with third-party providers to align project goals, provide insights, scrutinize contracts, and ensure practical and favorable terms for both parties; Troubleshoots subscription services issues and coordinates with providers for resolution.

16. Proposes new technologies that will boost the productivity and efficiency of the company's daily operations.

17. Builds computers bundled with company’s products and provides technical support to clients utilizing the included software systems.

18. Performs basic graphic design and video editing for company events and marketing materials

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
