System and Network Engineer/Administrator

Job Description Main Mission Reporting to the GSS BackOffice team, the Level 2 Microsoft Server & Maintenance Technician provides level 2 support for server infrastructures, Microsoft systems, virtualized environments, and associated network components. They handle complex and critical incidents (P1/P2), perform in-depth diagnostics, identify the root causes of malfunctions, and implement corrective actions or workarounds necessary to restore service. A key technical expert, they act as a liaison between Level 1 teams, field maintenance technicians, and Level 3 experts. They ensure the quality of escalations, participate in crisis management teams during major incidents, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes. They also participate in the skills development of operational teams, the enrichment of the knowledge base, and the deployment of the Shift Left strategy.

Education and Experience

• Bac+2 Bac+5 training in Computer Science. Specialization in Systems, Networks, Infrastructure or Systems Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an infrastructure, systems or operations support environment.
• Significant experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V and Microsoft infrastructures.
• Experience in handling critical incidents and production environments.

Certifications preferred

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator.
• MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator.
• MD-102 Endpoint Administrator.
• AZ-800 / AZ-801.
• Cisco or Aruba certifications.
