System and Requirement Engineer

Experience- 3 to 6 years

Required Skills

o Strong experience in Automotive Embedded Software or Software Requirements Engineering.

o Ability to read and interpret hardware datasheets, register maps, timing diagrams, and fault tables.

o Good understanding of SPI, UART, I2C, GPIO, PWM, Ethernet, and AUTOSAR.

o Experience with Diagnostics (DEM/DCM, UDS, DTC lifecycle).

o Knowledge of ISO 26262, Functional Safety, and ASPICE.

o Hands-on experience with DOORS/DOORS Next or similar requirement management tools.

o Strong technical writing and stakeholder management skills.

o Has strong automotive domain knowledge - especially in automotive electronics

o Has strong interpersonal skills with good communication.

o Preferred to have work experience with global teams and has a good understanding of OEM/Tier-1 development models

o Has proven problem-solving ability and also is able to motivate the team towards problem solving

o Has a good understanding of the development processes in the automotive OEMs/ Tier-1s

o Can appreciate and embody core values, integrity and professionalism in day-to-day operations

o Has worked in development of ECUs/Electronic components with high complexity (like Body controller, Engine ECU, Transmission ECU, Airbag ECU, ABS/ESP ECU)

Preferred Experience

o Lighting Electronics, Body Electronics, Zone Controllers, or Edge Node architecture.

o LED Drivers, Power Electronics, Stepper Motor Control, Thermal Management.

o Automotive Ethernet (100BASE-T1, 10BASE-T1S, IEEE 1722b, IEEE 802.1AS).
