System & Service Engineer

As our Service Engineer (ELV - Audio Visual, LED Screen, Digital Signage), you will be mainly involved in servicing and maintaining our products, such as Indoor/Outdoor LED Screen, Digital Signage, Interactive Solution and Sound System Installations. You will set the bar high, ensuring excellent service & system management together with good after sales support is delivered to our clients.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

· To provide after sales technical support to completed projects & sold products

· To manage and motivate a team of technicians for on-site service

· To prepare, plan and keep track of scheduled preventive maintenance for all company's completed projects

· To plan and arrange daily tasks

· To prepare weekly report on service activities

· To prepare maintenance proposal for end-of-warranty projects to clients

· To issue service quotation for ad-hoc basis service

· To attend on-site service for inspection, troubleshooting and servicing works

· To prepare service report upon completion of maintenance/service works

· To update with product hardware and software knowledge to ensure proper SOP for servicing & maintaining company's products

· To keep track of product inventories needed for project and servicing use

· To maintain proper documentation of all servicing records and reports

· To liaise with relevant departments to apply for service permit, safety briefing, site access, etc.

· To assist project department when needed for urgent work completion.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics, IT / Networking / Mechatronics Engineering. Diploma applicants with work experience as a service engineer are also welcomed to apply.

· Candidates with at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field especially in the AV industry would be a plus for this role.

· Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.

· Good problem solving and time management skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook, any related AV systems (eg.; Novastar, Colourlight and etc).

· Have good commands of English and Malay is required. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage but not compulsory.

· Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills and willing to multitask.

· Possess own transport.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
