System and Windows Administrator

We are looking for an experienced L3 Windows System Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Windows Server, Active Directory and VMware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Domain Controllers, GPO, DNS and AD Replication.
• Troubleshoot complex AD authentication, DNS and replication issues.
• Administer VMware ESXi and vCenter environments.
• Perform VM deployment, configuration, migration and troubleshooting.
• Handle Windows Server deployment, implementation, migration and upgrades.
• Perform server patching, hardening and security updates.
• Handle complex L3 production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Independently troubleshoot Windows, AD and VMware infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate with OEM/vendor teams for complex technical issues.
• Participate in Incident, Problem and Change Management activities.
• Ensure infrastructure availability and adherence to SLA.

Candidate Profile:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Windows Server / Infrastructure Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience in Windows and VMware environments.
• Experience handling complex L3 issues independently.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with only monitoring or basic L1/L2 support experience are not preferred.
